This Old House; East Boston Project used the epoxy reline method….

Do you have to dig on the OTHER side of the foundation wall to repair/connect the pipe ? The deep outside side ?

You could use a wiremold product and leave it exposed or use an EMT conduit( and possibly flex) and metal box and leave it exposed or cover the ceiling with 3/4″ strapping and your ceiling tiles.
To anchor the box: I’ve always used “red heads” in concrete for loads that required good holding power.

Using:
#60 sack yields .45 cubicft = 20 sacks
#80 sack yields .6 cubicft = 15 sacks

The switch has a pressure strip that holds the wire in place……much like a backstabbed receptacle….
Insert the “tool” alongside the wire in the old switch and and remove the existing wire…then remove your tool….
To wire the NEW switch just push the wire into the opening…..the NEW cord needs the wire ends TINNED (coated with solder/heated) to stiffen them

“……measure Once…..cut Twice….

Shut OFF the Main water
Unscrew the Bonnet under the handle
Turn the handle to remove the stem…..
Now “work” the bonnet on the stem to reveal the packing and ADD the additional wraps of string packing…..
Replace all and check for leaks……
