Go to this web site. It has pictures and advice for your symptom. One of their suggestions is to make sure that the input 220 volts are ok. If one phase is missing, the motor will still run but the coil will not heat. Also there is a fuse in the upper part of the coil assembly that may be blown.

I fought my septic system for 25 years. Had extensions installed,Had pipe and dirt replaced, Had tank cleaned every year. Wvery time it rained, I couldn’t flush the toilet, it would overflow into the bathroom. RESOLUTION!!!! Had an aerobic system installed. Now I flush the toilet during the most heavy rains just to see it flush!!! The system is not cheap. It cost me $7,500 six years ago. I just had the tank cleaned out for the first time. The system is inspected every three months to make sure it complies with State standards for purity. There’s three tanks. 1st is where all swwage goes, 2nd is where water flows. The the 2nd tank has air being pumped into it. 3rd tank is where the water is stored after it passes through a clorine station. When that tank fills, a pump pumps the 98% clean water to Sprinkler heads that water my yard. And that’s that… Adios… Jasper.

I would install tile on the window sill. Nail the concrete board onto the sill then apply the quick-set and lay the tile.

There’s a switch either on the door or where the door meets the oven. When the door is closed, the switch is pushed in and breaks the circuit. It looks like the switch is broke and makes the circuit all the time. Unplug the electrical cord, remove the screws around the door that keeps it together. Inspect the switch, it may be loose. If you can, remove one wire to simulate an open switch. Put some tape on the lose wire. Connect the electrical plug. If the light remains off, then you have a defective switch. If so, take the switch to an electrical supply house or the manufacturers rep and get a new switch. If you are going to use the oven, reconnect the wire to the switch. The tape used on the wire could melt. Don’t want that…

Looks like you have it all worked out.. Make sure the 2/8 span furthest from the wall are resting on the 4/4 post. This is stonger than bolting the 2×8 to the post.
