      I have a Kenmore Dryer 2 years old this month, it stopped heating so I replaced the heating element. No heat. Today I installed the thermal cut-off and the thermostat. Still no heat.. Please help any advise welcome.

      Were any of them tested to see if they were defective or not?

      You read read about the most common causes of a ‘no heat’ condition in an electric dryer at the link below. Each would have to be *tested* for one at a time until the cause in your case is found.

      Can anybody tell me the most likely scenarios for lack of heat in an electric dryer?

      Go to this web site. It has pictures and advice for your symptom. One of their suggestions is to make sure that the input 220 volts are ok. If one phase is missing, the motor will still run but the coil will not heat. Also there is a fuse in the upper part of the coil assembly that may be blown.
