I, unfortunately, was not involved in the lawsuit you refer to.
But, I am very interested in joining one.Grant
AnonymousParticipantSounds like you may need to sister the joists. Check out this video for a general example:

AnonymousParticipantI want to remove the red color from candle wax that was spilled on my gray burber carpet. Help. I have the wax out by need to remove all the red color stain
AnonymousParticipantPainted concrete is hard to keep clean.
AnonymousParticipantAs I’m unaware of your geographic local, and that I don’t have a diagram or part number as of rough estimate here’s what I’d be thinking is reasonable
4 hours at $120.00 / hour allows for pick up of material, time on site to test, confirm repair diagnosis, remove, reinstall, start up and test ….
Plus $400.00 +/- $100.00 for a multispeed, direct drive motor 1/2 h.p. to 3/4 h.p. pending what’s actually installed…
Plus taxes, warranties ….. not including anything else they might find.
Sounds reasonable … certainly not out of line ??
One tip, make sure you’re return air filters are clean!
Cheers.
By the way, if you’d like a copy of my monthly HVACR service tips, “Confessions of Professor Archer, your friend in HVACR” … let me know.

AnonymousParticipantCan anybody give me some idea on how much ’50’s vintage Youngstown cabinets are worth today. Thank you John
AnonymousParticipantAnonymousParticipantDo you still have your kitchen cabinets and can you email me w/pics at forsythe@us.ibm.com? Thanks

AnonymousParticipantI know your post is pretty old. I’m hoping I may luck into something. I have been looking for discontinued Pergo in the Classic pattern Planked Birch. Do you by chance have any? I think one box will do me, but if you have any in any form I’ll take it! Thanks. I may call the number you left also.
AnonymousParticipantThank you for your help. I cleaned both today, to no avail. I’ll go buy some new ones on Monday. Even if that’s not it, they’e 5 years old, and from what I’ve read on your site and others as well, I’m pretty lucky to have gotten this far with them.
Thanks again.
AnonymousParticipantIs it a problem to have the service panel open while having someone turn the heat on so I can watch what’s going on in there? I won’t have it blow back at me or anything, will I? Looks like it should be safe.
AnonymousParticipantWell, cleaning didn’t help. I guess I’ll see if a new one does the trick.
Thank you.
TedAnonymousParticipantSignificance of neighbor having same unit is that hers won’t light either. Mine died at end of cold season last spring, hers worked okay when she switched to AC for spring/summer, but now won’t run. Same issue as mine.
AnonymousParticipantI am working on an investigation regarding claims on behalf of home owners with Crestline windows and am very interested in speaking with you about this matter.
Thank you greatly!
