    Not double water supply or double sewer line but T’s with one trap,Shut off valves should be installed on each line that is( One shut off for each cold water, and one valve for each hot water(installed close to sink underneath.

    Is it brass valve, can you see solder around valve or is it all copper valve(Chances are that it was soldered or maybe Compression fittings if it is Newer valve.

    This is not a job to be guided thru over the internet. We can’t see your system e.g Leak must be fixed(soldered?)lines drained so forth.First time (pay for it and wacth them closely how they drain and Pruge the Line!

    Have you had well tested? Sounds like you may have a bacteria infestation? Does water have an odor. If not you could help the well by pumping or try to use the well down to low level this might help, Good wells can go bad “Hard Water”. So have it tested.

    These Systems are a Peice of S#$^, should be outlawed. You will pay out the ying yang for service calls (on new units) No help friend,
    except change it over to forced air. SORRY!

    No concrete paint last forever, however if you treat your concrete before you paint you will have a better chance, sealants are good
    moister is your enemy, not hot tires.
