I cannot seem to get air lock out of one zone of a 3 zone baseboard hot water system.
I do not get any air release when I open the little key valve on top of a section of pipe in each room. no hot water comes out either ???

except change it over to forced air. SORRY!

doin’ it right the first time is not an option!!!

One does not bleed the lines by opening the vent on the baseboard unit.

Flushing the system or zone to remove air generally has to be done at the boiler.

The process and steps involved vary with the boiler manufacturer so you’d have to contact the Mfg or a local supplier for steps on how to flush the line.

It’s possible to have a faulty vent on the main line of the zone at the boiler that may need to be replaced.

Might be best to simply call a pro.
