You just don’t replace everything, flapper, ball, flush valve etc, until the problem’s solved. That’s the mark of a craftsman that doesn’t know what’s wrong, he just replaces everything (customer’s money) until the job is done. So how do you determine what’s wrong? Quit the side comments, everyone’s a tough guy on the internet.
