    14 is good for 15 amps. Youre better use a 12.

    Vinyl is more affordable and the job can be made by one person. Stucco has a richer look but is labor intensive so it cost more.

    D’ont worry about your health but make sure there is no isolant over your pipe. It must be free for a good venting.

    Apply a base coat of a alkyd base poly prep. The can is yellow. Then apply 2 coats of alkyd finish melamine. Make sure tath nobody in your house use cutting knife right on your counter top.

    In most home center there is a product use to remove silicone. You apply it whit a brush and it soften your silicone then it’s easier to remove. Dap brand is one of the brand on the market.

    Invest in a good dehumidifer whit electronic display and control. You gonna have for your money. Buy a fedders or a danby. They have very good after sale service all around the continant.They are quiet too.

    i use it for many years on my old wood windows. it work like a thermoglass. I saved a lot of heating oil cause here in the winter, it’s very cold (Québec). There is absolutly no condensation on the windows.

    Ask to someone you know to take a look. Maybe you could add new circuits easily. By the web it’not easy but a good advice of a good friend who see the job on the site make thongs easier.

    Go to your hardware store and ask for a new cartrige. In the bag, you should see a white cap. use it to loose the old cartrige in your faucet. Then with a pair of plier, pull the old cartrige. Dont forget that you have to remove the “u” brass clamp.

    There must be a number uneder the cover of the tank. Usualy a handle is standard. The brand of your toilet must be print on the bowl.

    It’s never too old. it depend if your cicuits have been overload whit the unnapropriated fuses. For instance, a light circuit require a 15 amps fuse. If the previous owner respected the code, you should be safe. I asked this question many times to different people cause i have an old house too.

    try to clean it whit a product made of oreange like the brand orange glo for instance. You’ll be surprised ! And it smell good.
