    Put water in your lavatory and if the smell comes again, put water in your bath tub.

    Check this. Maybe one of your drain’s p=trap is empty of water. During a long period of time the water is probably evaporated.

    Do you have alot of bushes and trees along your house. If yes roots must have invaded your “french” drain.

    Then when you’re setting your toilet on the plastic ring, ask to someone to look under if it’s center correctly. Your trouble must be a displacing wax ring.

    In each of your faucet, spray wd-40 in the screw to pvent them to stick. So the next time you ha to change gaskets or cartridge you will not break something !

    Did you let a gap of 1/4″ a aroud your walls to let wood expanding ? If not it’s why you have problem.

    it ‘s set to control the variation in the pressure of water coming inside your home. If you hear noise coming from your bathroom, d’ont blame the city. It’s certainly your relief valve.

    Possibly your dishwasher is rots. Did you see rust in the water ? Or maybe it’s the hose that’s disconnect from the drain.

    Also the hoses are untithened.

    If yes, bypass the aquastat to make your home thermostat controling the boiler.

    I’m looking to do the same thing. After asking the question to electricins, everyone aggre to buy a siemens box. They are aesy to install and the breakers are affordables.

    Buy regular hook for picture frame. Some are rated for 5, 10, 20 or more pounds. You must have regular drywall i supose.
