    Here in Québec, we pay .05 cents per kilowatt. Almost all house have electric water heater.

    But gaz heater warm your water faster than electric. But electrix water heater is easy to install.

    Apply an alkyd primer named Polyprep.

    the can is yellow. It sticks on sliperry surfaces. Remember, alkyd primer only. Then paint it with a good finish alkyd paint.

    Prime and paint them. Then apply a little molding aroud them. They will look newer.

    In commercial use, they put grout mixed with epoxy.

    Buy a special tool in a home center to scratch the old grout. It’s like a utility knife. Then regrout with a dark color.The dark color help to hide moisture stans. The day after apply a silicone sealant on the new grout.

    if you have done nothing yet, d’ont worry. Rent or buy a pex crimping tool and change your pipe section by section. It’s easy and you have no solder to do. D’ont lose your time and money in class action. Only the lawyers are the winners.

    Black wires go only whit black wires and white with white. if you mixed them, you gonna have a short circuit.

    if your water heater is reaching 10 years old or older, thonk to replace it. Tje average lifetime is 10 to 12 years.

    There is no short cut. You have to remove i. Scrape the floor and apply a good thin set mortar. So, you’ll not have to make it twice.
