I would check any flashing you may have ..around chimney for example or around porch maybe. Look for old loose shingles or where tree rubbed off shingles,,that will give you a start

there are many grout sealers on the market that claim to seal out moisture and prevent mold and mildew. One thing i have found works to keep tile clean is to first have a vent fan and second after shower take your towel and take 30 seconds and wipe off the shower walls to remove water.

Did you check the water pressure when you had the lines apart or the valve off?

maybe your water exit is plugged or maybe the impeller has come off the inside of your pump. Put the pump in a tub of water and hold hand over water exit to check it. If this happens on a battery operated pump often with some models you have to install pump at a 30 deg angle as to not get air lock..be sure the check valve is installed the right direction too.

I have an attached two car garage with attic in northern Il and I insulated the walls when it was built before they drywalled and plastered it. When I pull my car in the garage after driving it the garage gets the heat of the engine.. However it doesn’t freeze in there either which makes it easier on the vehicles

By far the easiest way is when you go to order them ask if they deliver and have them put them on with a boom..They have a lift right on the truck and the roofers will stack them where they want em. Alot of roofers order them to be delivered at a certain time knowing they will have the old shingels off and dried in.

Make sure to put on a New wax ring on the toilet when your all done and that sorce of water on floor won’t happen again..It is often the cause for floor rotting in bathrooms so any of you that have a wobbely toilet or a wet floor ….now is the time to have it checked before you too hve to replace floors

I use mulching blades on my lawn tractor and mulch the leaves along with the grass. It puts the nutrients back into the lawn. I have one of the nicest lawns in the subdivision IMHO hahaha

Home Depot should have glass drill bits or diamond bit. You may want to use an oil like terpentine oil when drilling slowly.to put on and around the bit-hole.
