    Colud be a cold solder connection in the hoizontal circuit. It could be the picture tube. Some times when they arc inside they give that symptom.

    You’ve got the generator now make sure you have enough fuel for it. You might be not able to get any after the storm. Fill you vehicle before the storm also. Be carefull how you store the fuel. Don’t want to create a fire hazard.
