Sounds like it is time to put in the backer rod and sealant joints as pre most window mfgrs. specs.
Look at pages 4 & 5 in this pdf.

The stucco is to close to the roof.
How are the windows flashed?

carlbrownParticipantBuy a dryer vent and a small piece of vent pipe and stuff it full of insulation stick it in the hole. Seal around it with a good sealant. And this will look better then a patch done by some one that does not do it for a living. Or call a stucco man and have it done right! There is more to it then meets the eye.
