countrybrendaParticipantcant warm tile when the warmer was not installed, maybe some carpet for that area would work
countrybrendaParticipantcountrybrendaParticipantSinger Genius what model number
countrybrendaParticipantI would be concern if there was a smoke smell but I have not heard of electric making a buzzing noise
maybe a bug of somekind stuck inside and cant get out
countrybrendaParticipantsecure a tarp on the roof area where it is leaking, if the water is standing and not drainging off the roof it could collapse
countrybrendaParticipantNo offense but thinking novice and gas is pretty scary, Most especially not knowing what to look for, could just need to have a good cleaning or other problems which we might not know what to look for.
If you have a home warranty I would call them to see if what all you have coverage on, When we bought our house we called American Home Shield and pay 45.00 dollars a month and service fee of 55.00 no matter how old the appliance is. When the repair guy comes out if they cant fix it they will replace it in 2 years we have had new furnance, new hot water heater ,new stove, plumbing work done which would of cost us about 5,000.00 to 6000.
countrybrendaParticipantsorry based on your comments
I have run into a situation where I am hanging a heavy picture on a wall. When I drilled the hole for the anchor I ran into the duct work for my upstairs register. If it is drywall get picture brackets from hardware store to accomadate the weigh and put one in each corner.
countrybrendaParticipantSince you do not have an access panel to the pipes I would suggest turning the water off sounds like you may have stripped the steam valve or twisted the pipes behind the wall
