Carlos….Insurance?….the recent rule/changes use a 2-5% of net insured value DEDUCTABLE ….above the regular deductable……as an incentive for insurers to remain in the state…….I have ZERO insured damage……Amen

Oh the generator has made life so much nicer but it’s SO LOUD………It’s midnite now and I’m going to put the beast to rest for the nite…..

OH Joy!….there are street lights ON near the end of my street…….and an Army of POCO highreach trucks were swarming along the main street tonight……ah the smells…..gasoline and fresh sawdust…….garbage rotting at the curbside……..B.O…….
