My ceiling fan remote wont work!!! I tried to install new batteries, but it still won’t work. The ceiling fan does not operate with out the remote. My boyfriend is very savy with this kind of stuff. He said nothing appears to be wrong with it when he opened it up! But my remote still does NOT work!! PLEASE HELP!!! Aurora
