ceiling fan repair

Question: The pull chains to the light portion
of the fan no longer function. Is there an easy way to repair this? The lights would work, if we could still pull the chains.

Will await your reply. I really enjoy this area *** **** has and hope it will lead me to a solution to my problem. Need explicit details on the repair, I’m NOT mechanically inclined. Will try anything, (almost) once though. Thanks for your help…….val
