I just found the second gray honeywell box attached to the left side of boiler with same coil or wire on top this one leads to the downstairs running along copper pipe.That one also clicks when turn thermostat down then up, but motor also starts right up, unlike other one.

Yes i can hear it a clicking sound and also can see a little steel plate move inside. this is inside a honeywll gray box. I do not see two wires coming off main pipe, there is a coil or wire leading from gray honeywell box up to the ceiling.

Where would it be located; only people around boiler myself, oil company, How can i check and see? And thank you for such a quick response.
