Thank you for the update. What did they install? An electronic reignitor kit or something else? I got an electronic reignitor kit installed but it only partially helped. The problem happened often earlier but since it is much colder now in Michigan and the furnace is on much more often, the pilot does not go out anymore. I wonder what would happen when it becomes warmer.
