First, call the power company (they will come check your house connections for free)…if that doesnt solve the problem. call an electrician. Electricity is something you dont want to play around with.
wmcettrickParticipanthey, thank you very much for the tips!! do you have any suggestions for what kind of spray gun and hopper to buy? I know some places sell a cheap kraft sprayer but I figure that stinks. Do you have any other recommendations for products to use?
Im gonna to test this out on a wall I have in my basement before trying it out on a real visible room.wmcettrickParticipantthis strike didnt go into the ground (at least no visible markings of that) but where the strike was down the tree, sap is just oozing out of it. What kind of tree of yours was hit?
Pine trees are very flexible but branches always fall and curious to see if it will speed that process up. Thanks for the inputwmcettrickParticipantI tried Ebay and found nothing. I signed up for that group and still havent found something affordable. I wouldnt mind Used Parts that work. I just figured there would be some company that makes parts for Briggs and Stratton that isnt made from B+S. The B+S parts are just way too expensive.

wmcettrickParticipantThank you so much! I live in New England and we just had a blizzard today. So after I can get my roof cleaned of snow and be able to get to the store, I will be purchasing the products! I’ll let ya know how it works! Thanks again for all the help.
wmcettrickParticipantI’ll definitely try those chlorine free moss removal products and see what happens. I definitely saw that the granules come off when i tried to scrape one off so I stopped completely. I hope they have those products around here, pretty popular items to find?
wmcettrickParticipantI knew the name was lichen I just couldnt remember it at the time of the post, hehe thanks. On one of those sites , it says that it doesn’t harm the roof shingles but it definitely is affecting mine. Is there anything I can pick up at a local hardware store that would work instead of ordering it from that website? Thanks for all the help.
wmcettrickParticipantis it really that simple? I feel extremely dumb right now haha
wmcettrickParticipantnope, they dont have it and i emailed someone to and they said theyve never carried it. Thank you though, thats a great site.
