I’ve been wondering this too, because I’ve been wanting to do the exact same thing!

There are some stains that would seem to work in this instance:

So I would look for a gel stain and see if it would work on non-wood surface.

    Good luck!

Are the oven doors metal (porcelain?) I have seen people paint the old oven doors that were avocado, harvest gold, etc.

Just remove the door and use a white enamel spray paint. Should work. There are also heat resistant type paints that may hold up better.

    Good luck.

These are bath/kitchen fans with available grease filters. They are an older, very sturdy type design.

I don’t know if it’s what your friend was suggesting, but there has been a screw in adapter to convert a socket into a pullchain socket with 2 outlets for years. You can usually find them in the grocery store, etc.

Also there is a screw in adapter that can be used with a wireless wall switch to control the bulb if I am not mistaken.

Generally the procedure for self-cleaning ranges is:

Remove objects from oven. Slide lever to locked. Set thermostat and control knobs to Clean. You may or may not need to set the timers. The timer for cleaning is marked clean. If your burner bowls/rings are porcelain, they can be placed in the oven during the cleaning cycle.

    Hope this helps.

I have heard it is required in England to place the bathroom light switch outside of the bathroom door, but because the electricity is all 220V. However, I know of no state in the US that requires the switch to be outside and all of the light wiring here is 110V anyway.

Was the stove you are replacing built in or freestanding. You cannot replace a freestanding range with a built in. I would just buy a used range for cheaper to use until you redo the whole kitchen.

Are the little plastic pieces that push back when you insert the cup still moving? Perhaps there is a valve somewhere that is not opening. It’s strange they would both fail at once!!

Most paint you use would peel off. If you paint the sink it will need to be reglazed or fired possibly to seal the surface.

Yes, just apply the adhesive to the old laminate and stick on the new layer. All you really need to do first is clean the countertop.

Perhaps your pump is not running properly. Also the water supply may be running low. Has it been particularly dry weather lately? You might also have a plumbing leak. I would call a well inspector and ask or try a google search for “Well running dry” or something similar.

Good Luck. Post back with findings.

I’m sorry, but since most people on this site write in english, you would have better results posting in English. My Spanish is not good, so I tried a translator, but could not translate. How were you able to post in Spanish on a site in English?

It’s just a little spot? I would just put some primer (buy at the paint store) over the cardboard (that’s drywall that has had the paper ripped off) and then paint. Noone will notice then.

Wow $400 to replace a window sill?! Youve got to be kidding. I would replace it with something that will not deteriorate such as tile or marble. The marble should be easier to install. Just be sure to have it cut to fit. Also make sure to caulk around it to prevent water infiltration.
