    Gypcrete is water soluble, and is used interior only as yesitsconcrete pointed out. Try sealing the seam with a exterior elastomeric caulk such as Sikaflex 1a. Take your time to clean out the seam well and be sure that the seam is dry, then apply the sikaflex 1a like any other caulk, finishing the surface with a damp finger.
