also you could just google kids playhouses and you will get tons.strip him down to just a sheet and fire up the heater. or, open a window in his room. just remember to close it when you leave.
there should be a nut on the bottom in the middle. i have seen two types. one has about a half inch nut and the other type is a large nut that is all the way at the top and fits around the the entire plumbing.
sorry, but i cant seem to describe it any better than that.dump the old fuel and put in fresh 50-1 mix. you may get lucky and it will start. if not, you will need to clean the gunk out of the carb.
i would think you could get the area hot-mix overlayed for that kind of money. we pay about 5 dollars a square yard and do about 22,00 square yards per year. the price will go up some for the smaller area, but 6800 sounds about right to me.
hot mix is 10 times better that just sealing. sealing is really only painting the surface and does nothing to preserve or protect the asphalt. get three bids.get some burlap bags and put a few rocks in them for weight. drag them around the yard to pick up the seed heads[stickers]. works pretty good in small areas. then be sure to use pre-emergent herbicide next spring to stop the seeds you miss from germinating.
other than that, spend an hour or so each day with a hoe and physically remove the existing plants.sounds like fire ants to me. when we cant use pesticides, we use diatomatious earth. you will still need to use caution when applying. do not breath it or get it in your eyes. other than that it is organic and harmless to the environment.
air it up and run water on it to find the leak. after that, purchase a plug kit for about 4 bucks and plug it. very easy to do and you will have several extras for later on.
if the leak is around the rim you will have to take the tire off, unless dodgemans suggestion works.i would use A.D.S. plastic drain pipe unless you are going to have traffic over the top and it is shallow. if that is the case, use reinforced concrete.
if you have it done professionally with hot mix it will look great and last a long time. minimum 1.5 inch overlay with hot oil between the old and the new as a bond.
