We put carsiding on our ceiling in the family room. Next we stained it, we took a couple of lengthy breaks during the staining process. Now we have definite lines of where we started and stopped. What options do we have? We used Pine carsiding and MinWax WoodFinish. Help.

Go back over where you have stained with a light sanding. Start off with a fine grit paper and see how it goes. Even through the stain sinks into the timber, you will be suprized how eazy it can sand back, so go lightly at first.
Sand the timber back enough so it all looks even, then stain it again.
