I am not sure of the brand of double hung windows I have. The windows fall from the top when unlocked and some of them won’t stay up when I push them up. How do I repair these windows they are only a couple years old and other then this problem they really don’t need to be replaced.
Look on your sashes for a sticker with a code on it. Then go to http://cpd.nfrc.org/pubsearch/psMain.asp and enter the code. Call and see if your windows are still under warranty, if not you should be able to order parts.
