I recently had new windows installed on my townhome. They were great throught the cold MN winter, but now in the humid summer, I’m noticing condensation on the OUTSIDE of the windows. Does this mean my windows are defective or leaking?
only if they are fogging up inside between the double pane then there is a problem.if you are getting condensation on the outside then it is very very humid outside and the air conditioner is working very well,so well that it is actually keeping the windows cool enough to allow condensation to form.i don’t think you have a problem in my opinion.
