      I am looking at replacing some double hung windows in my 1927 Milwaukee Bungaloo home. There are so many different manufactures. Who are the top 3 companies?

      Check out Consummer Reports October 2000 issue it has a very good article on replacement windows and ratings. You can find a copy at your local library.
