  Are the rubber bands on small wood-cutting bandsaws interchangeable between brands? I have an old 12″ Craftsman (103-24280) mfg. by King-Seeley. Surely there must be other 12″ wheels that use a rubber band under the blade. Any suggestions about other 12″ brands and/or their parts information, please? Thanks. OLDCHAP

  It is called a bandsaw tire.
  
  Do a google on that and you will find many sources. Many woodworking supply companies have them.
