Is it necessary to waterproof the entire foundation or just where needed, like where metal braces were removed or honeycomb spots? This would be for foundation in Wisconsin.
It is better to waterpoof the entire foundation that is under grade especially if this is new construction.
Simpler and cheaper to waterproof now than to deal with leaks and water infiltration later.
