      My Kenmore front loading washer will not drain. Help! Please!

      I don’t know if this applies to front loaders or not but the physics of it should be the same.

      The drain hose has to be up higher than the water level is when it is full. that way the gravity will do the job, I won’t bore anyone with the specifics but someone else may come along and clarify this.

      Maybe the drain hose is kinked or plugged, the pump is defective or plugged? It would really need to be systematically checked to find the cause.

      If you need any specific questions answered about your washer, you’ll need to post its model number *off the appliance’s identification tag* as there are several different designs of “Kenmore front loading washers”.
