Want to install split door for nursery

I want to install one of those doors where you can close the bottom but leave the top open. This is for the nursery so I can keep the little tike in and still watch and hear her.

1. What are these doors called?
2. Are they expensive?
3. Can I buy it prehung?

They are called dutch doors. The only ones I know about are for exterior use only. Do I google search on ‘dutch doors’ and go from there. The prices will shock you!!
