Wall getting wet in Bathroom

We have a brand new house with an issue in all the bathrooms when you take a shower, the moisture shows up on the painted wall/ceiling surrounding the bathroom. This happens in all bathrooms when steamy, not with cold water, it is not a leak just condensation. We have the vent going the entire time, yet it still soaks some areas of the wall from the steam. This never happened in our last 3 homes even in a very small bathroom. What can we do about it?

The fan may not be big enough for the room size and doesnt carry enough air away. It could be the flapper on the outside wall isnt opening too. I would think probably the fan tho as it’s in all your baths.
