I missed Bob’s show #725 on this subject but heard about it from a friend. We will be putting a fence around a newly purchased lot adjacent to our house. The far line is planted with 4 trees right on the property line. Each tree is 12-15 inches diameter. We want to purcahse 2 feet from adjacent owners so we can put the fence on the far side of the treesbut may not be able to.
My question: how can we put a fence up to the tree without boxing it? In other words, we would like to see our half of the tree! Plus we want to keep the integrity of the yard (so little dogs can’t escape). Any ideas? Thanks.
