I have recently bought a mobile home where the bathroom has a slight depression (dip) where the toilet sits, Because of this dip the toilet rocks & moves when a person is performing their business.There is no water damage around the area so it seems that it comes from use. What would be a good way to fix this problem?
The toilet flange has probably come loose from the floor. Pull the toilet and anchor the flange. Usually there is floor damage. You probably can’t see through vinyl.
