Am having trouble with toilet. When flushed it probally will swirl around and just about flush, then just give up. On the next go round it will flush. Have tried filling the toilet with bucket of water and drains just fine. Put hand over small hole in bowl guiding it towards drain hole and works every time. Take hand out and will not work. Next flush will then work. This is the upstairs toilet, basement toilet works fine all the time. Is it time to replace the thing or can someone help. Would appreciate it, thanks.
