steam heat pipe insulation

We just bought a new boiler for our 80+ year old home. I was told to insulate the pipes from the boiler in the basement. What kind of pipe insulation is recommended for this? Where do I get it?

Fiberglass insulation formed to the size of the pipe outside, split so it can be placed around the pipe, fastened with glue on a flap over the outside, is available from plumbing/heating suppiers locally on order. Elbow and fiting covers are also available.
