  Just purchased a house and have a six zone system. When I first moved in the system worked fine. However, now when either on the timer or in the manual mode, I have three zones that won’t operate, although the panel indicates the system is watering.

  locate the valves and see if they work manually. if they do you most likely have bad solinoids.
