The wood piece (Sill or Threshhold?)underneath my sliding patio door has rotted. Is it possible to replace this woodpiece and reuse the existing door or do I have to replace the entire unit, door and all.
heck no ..pull the door and get to home depot and grab a new sill and put it in there. Remember to caulk where you need to and be sure to level everything..nothing worse than a crooked door.
