      The machine its not hooking the needle thread around a second or bobbin thread. Can you help me to fix it, please.

      Hi Victoria,
      The timing is out on your sewing machine. The best thing to do is take your machine in for a service. A service should be done every 12 months. But if you are like me, I keep forgetting to take my sewing machine in. Tell them what is going on and they can fix the problem for you.
