Some guest put here weight on the rail and the bracket slipped off partialy. now its hard to slide the door evenly.I took it down and religned ther door and bracket hung it back up and it slipped again.Anyone know what I can do to fix this door mess. I appreciate any input. Thank you……Joe

Sometimes the roller’s screws won’t stay tight. You can buy new ones at a hardware store. There are many varieties so take your existing one with you.

On my doors, the bracket has a little wheel that slides in a channel on the upper rail. Is this channel bent?
