      I am thinking about turning the heat low in the winter at night. To say 60 degrees. I have gas forced air heat.

      I would then just heating the bedroom with an electric heater.

      Would that save money?

      electric blanket even better.
      keep heat low as you can during the day also.you will be surprised how fast you get used to it.
