Im trying to replace the tires on my bandsaw model 113.243310. the new tires are only about 1/2 the length of the old ones and I dont seem to ba able to stretch then enough to get them on wheels. part number is 4181and Im wondering if they may have been misslabled. If not how do I stretch them to get them on?
