Can anyone tell me how to get started replacing the subfloor in my second story bathroom? It’s heavily water damaged, especially around the toilet and and shower, and I think some of the beams and joist might be damaged as well.
Remove the toilet and vanity if you have one. Remove all upper layer wood flooring and if the floor underneath it is bad (I call the flooring attached to the joists sub floor) then remove it also. Repair joists as needed.
