      Any suggestions for removing an old door knob (vintage 1920s)? I removed one side of the door knob, but I can’t get the other side off. There are no visible screws. Thanks.

      If you have one side of the knob off, the other should just pull through, shaft and all. Push in on the latch bolt as you do this.
