      Any one have any tips about re-caulking around a bath tub? My porcelain tub is surrounded by tile walls. I have a feeling that the caulking may be failing in some spots. Looking fo advice on the best way to attack the job and the best products.

      scrape and remove old caulk.clean with alcohol.then if you want an absolutly perfect job lay masking on both sides.tile and tub.apply caulk smooth it out with your finger,wipe off your finger,then immediately remove the tape and wait 24 hours before you shower.have the tub about half full with water when you do this.(something i never do)
