  Ihave a rca universal remote and want it to program my mintek dvd-2110 dvd player
  i have tried the numbers 140, 145 and 430 none worked
  the 145 i got off rca site
  lost orignal remote to dvd player and can not get off parental control since i can not press numbers
  any help please
