Hello,
I live in an apartment and have been having issues with my toilet. It seems that before I need to use the toilet to *ahem*, the toilet needs to be plunged. If I don’t do that, then the toilet will overflow.
And sometimes after I plunge the toilet, the water level in the bowl raises high (just before overflowing) and then slowly flushes. I try to plunge it, but the water still stays high and flushes slowly. How do I fix this?
