Painting Tung and groove

I recently bought a house with tung and groove walls and ceilings.

SOmeone paited the ceilings in a few rooms and it loks terrible- also I would like to redo the walls Any suggestions?

You indicate you wish to “redo” the walls. Do you mean repaint or install another type of wall covering? What is the problem with the painted ceilings? Is it the color of paint or a poor application? A little more info is needed about what your problem is and what you wish to accomplish.
