I am in the process of repainting my kitchen/breakfast room. The previous owners painted over the wallpaper and the seams are visible. Any suggestions on how to fix this before I start to repaint?
I would go to the store and buy a thing that rolls on the wall and cuts the wallpaper(store sells a tool just for that)and then soak the wall with warem soapy water to remove the wallpaper.. do it once do it right..
