No water flowing into the comode tank, Help!!!!!

I’m a pretty good plumber but I’m stumped. The water is just trickling into the tank on the back of the comode. The water is turned on, I need help. Thanks for you help in advance!

So start trouble shooting, turn off the water and disconnect the hose/pipe that leads up to the fill valve. Turn it back on – now what? Do the same with the shutoff valve at the toilet. I had a weird one where a piece of the rubber washer on the shutoff valve broke loose and stopped up the fill valve.
